This spicy food gift includes three dry seasoning rubs intended to add some delicious flavour to your food. Includes a Jerk Rub for Chicken, Habanero & Pineapple Jam, and Chipotle Chilli & Garlic Salt.
The Jerk Rub for Chicken is a blend of classic Jamaican flavours, with spice, fragrant and citrus. This rub is intended to be used as a seasoning before cooking meat and is specifically intended to work perfectly with chicken.
Our Habanero & Pineapple Jam uses habanero mash for the spice and pineapple to create the perfect balance of sweet & spicy. The jam is intended to be used as a dipping sauce for cheese & meat, or as a glaze before roasting meat.
The Chipotle Chilli & Garlic Salt is new for 2022 and uses the finest Anglesey sea salt, paired with English grown chillies. The chipotles create a spicy, rounded smokiness and we have added background notes of garlic. The ripe jalapenos are dried and smoked over local cherry wood to give a deep smoky depth.
