These prices are based on buying in case sizes as stated in the Trade Price List brochure.
Please state clearly descriptions, sizes and quantities in number of cases.
Any lines that are out of stock will be notified to you within 24 hours of the point of ordering.
We deliver Monday to Friday to mainland UK using a courier service.
The minimum order for free delivery is £150. Orders less than this are subject to a small delivery charge. For delivery outside mainland UK, please ask for details.
Collection from our distribution centre is permitted by prior arrangement for orders of any sales value.
Please notify us of any damaged goods or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt of your order to allow us to investigate and issue credit or replacements. If we have not been notified within the stated 48 hour period then you as the buyer will become liable for the entire order.
We will ask you to provide photographic evidence of any damage or discrepancies. The photographic evidence will need to include the paperwork sent to you and the date. Please do not return stock to us without prior arrangement.
New customers are required to pay proforma for their orders by Bacs. Once the payment is received, the good will be sent.
A credit account may be opened subject to an account application form being completed, signed and returned, and on receipt of two good trade references. For full payment terms, please ask.
Invoices are sent in paper form with the delivery and also with a confirmation Email. This will include a link where orders may be paid by Pay Pal – which can be linked to a Credit or Debit card. Orders on accounts that are in arrears will not be processed until the account is cleared and in line with the agreed credit terms. Invoices must be settled on or before the date stated on the Invoice. As standard, this is 28 days from the date of the order is placed.
Most of our products will have a minimum shelf life of 18 months from the production.
Storage of Ambient Products
Please note all our ambient products should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
